My husband basically paid $9 for this and it barely had chocolate and it was stuck all the way to the corner. Most of the pastry was just air. We usually like this place but you need to do better if you are going to charge so much!! Oh and this was in the new Edgewater location.

Had to give the hype a try 🥖 Vibrante café with open kitchen and variety of seating The selection of baked goods does not disappoint and the made to order menu also has a nice variety of items Coffee is strong 💪

bakery that was packed and I can see why, look at that selection! And there was speed racks filled with Bread that just came out the oven, they have breakfast sandwiches, pastries, coffee, and more! I got the Swedish cardamom bun, super moist, and you can feel the hint of cardamom flavored butter leave the bread into your bloodstream, sweetness perfectly balance, truly delightful. The guava bread was baked and knotted with love, the fluff that I was digging through, felt like edible cotton, and the sponges was like memory foam, if I ever come back, I’m hitting up this bakery again, and a few of Miami you need to check this place out!

I love this place! True Venezuelan bakery vibe, food is delicious, coffee is great and service is excellent. It gets crowded and is small so consider that. It fills my heart to see a Venezuelan business thriving, keep up the good work guys 💜🫶🏾

Caracas Bakery was absolutely packed on a Tuesday morning, which already tells you something. The energy is lively, tight space, people waiting, trays moving quickly, espresso machines working nonstop. It feels like a place people plan their morning around, not just stumble into. I went with a flat white, their sourdough with jam and butter, the almond croissant, and the pistachio croissant. The flat white was smooth and balanced with a proper microfoam texture, strong but not harsh, exactly what I want with rich pastries. The sourdough surprised me. Deeply fermented flavor, crisp crust, airy interior, and when you add their butter and jam it becomes something you think about later. Simple, but done right. The almond croissant is dense and generous with filling, not overly sweet, very substantial. But the pistachio croissant is the standout. Rich, nutty, beautifully filled, indulgent without being cloying. It’s layered, flavorful, and worth navigating the crowd for. This is not a quiet sit-and-linger café.
